I had a pretty good stay at this hotel. Its location is fantastic, being so close to the Sannomiya shopping street and the station, which made it super easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable, although I wish they were a bit more modern. The service was decent, but there were moments when it felt a little overwhelmed. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement in a couple of areas.
